Harriet Fleuriot

Harriet is an award-winning filmmaker and performance artist, with specialist experience in online marketing & communication.

Her films have been shown at numerous international film festivals. Harriet received UK Film Council funding for her multi-award-winning short film A Short Collection of Hilary Flamingo’s Dream Vocations that she wrote, directed and performed.

She has also shown video work at Latitude Festival, the Big Chill Festival, Illuminate Bristol, Hackney Wicked, 2nd Birthday’s Sideshow exhibition and performed live at the Chelsea Arts Club, 93 Feet East on Brick Lane (London) and Liquid Studios in Hackney Wick.

Her most recent work A Reason For Being In Berlin was a photo-collage collaboration with her mother Constance Fleuriot and was shown at Britain’s Rubbish at Hasenheide 73 in Kreuzberg, Berlin.

Harriet has worked as a Senior Account Manager for some of London’s best social media agencies. She heavily contributed to the development of Greenroom Digital’s Entertainment Intelligence (recently acquired by Momentum Worldwide) and then helped set up social media consultancy Interaction London.

Harriet has also worked as a Social Media Consultant for Shooting People, and spoken at their Digital Bootcamp at The Frontline Club.

Harriet acted as Marketing Manager for Branchage Jersey International Film Festival 2009 and has worked at numerous other film festivals in various different roles, notably Birds Eye View film festival 2009 as their Online Marketing Manager where she implemented their new website, blog and newsletters.

In addition she has been Shorts Programmer for London Independent Film Festival 2008, Social Media Consultant for London Short Film Festival, provided video documentation for the Depict! awards, was part of the commissioning panel for Minimasterpieces at Encounters International Short Film Festival and a member of the jury for the Children’s Wildlife Film at Wildscreen’s Panda Awards.
